Tournament starts Wednesday, July 14.

3 matches per week minimum required.  3 points for match (best of 3) win.  No draws.  Sideboards are encouraged!  Additional matches beyond the initial 3 earn 1 point of tie-breaker points to the winner.  Preliminary rounds will last 3 weeks, ending on July 27th (3rd week).  At that time the Final 4 will be decided and scheduled to play for the DBP Cup and other prizes.
